Blue Eyed Yonder specializes in one-of-a-kind, vintage rentals to supply photographers, brides, event planners and designers with a resource for hard-to-find vintage props and decor. Browse our storehouse of vintage items to find the perfect pieces for your next event.

Prop Styling

You’ve fallen in love with lots of vintage items, but now what? Sometimes you need just a little help pulling your vision together. We love brainstorming unique ways to incorporate vintage elements into any event. As a part of our prop styling service, BEY can help you with establishing theme, selecting colors, pairing vintage items, finding just the right accessories, you name it. Delivery & Set-Up

As part of your rental, Blue Eyed Yonder offers delivery and set-up services. We deliver to Atlanta and the surrounding metropolitan area. Have an event that’s a little bit farther than that? Contact us, we’ll happily deliver to most of the Southeast when orders meet our minimum “long haul” delivery amount.

Consultation

Sometimes it helps to meet in person to discuss vintage items for your next event. Let’s grab a cup of joe and put all of your ideas on paper. We’re also available for phone consultations. Contact us to schedule a time to chat.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does BEY provide unloading and loading of rentals?

Yes. When a customer opts to have BEY deliver their items, BEY will gladly load and unload all items as part of our delivery and set-up service.

Where are your prices?

Each quote is customized based on the the items and quantities you have requested. There are discounts for larger orders. Visit our inventory and simply add items to your “wishlist” to request pricing.  Click here for directions.

I’m looking for an item I don’t see listed in your inventory.

BEY is constantly finding new inventory and updating our site. If you don’t see an item that you are looking for, please contact us. We may have just the item you are looking for or know how to get our hands on it.

How does payment work?

BEY requires a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date and vintage selections. Final payment is due 14 days prior to your event.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes. A check for the security deposit must be submitted with your final payment. If everything is returned in good condition, BEY will return the check within 7 business days.

What is the rental period?

Rental drop off and pick up is customized and unique to each. Dates are established and coordinated with the customer through the contract process. If you would like to rent a piece for an extended period of time, please contact us for pricing information.

Can I drive your rental cars?

Boy, wouldn’t that be fun? Unfortunately, our cars are driven by BEY personnel only. If you are interested in using one of our vintage cars as a “getaway” vehicle, a representative of Blue Eyed Yonder will accompany the car at all times and drive the car  during the exit.

Where do you find your vintage pieces?

Vintage pieces have a way of “hiding out” in the oddest places. From yardsales, flea markets, antique shows or auctions, BEY is always on the lookout for beautiful and unique pieces to add to our inventory.

I have a vintage piece I think BEY would be interested in.

Sweet! We are constantly updating and expanding our inventory, please send us an email with photos and description of the piece. If we think it is something we’d like to add to our inventory we’ll let you know.

Do you ever sell pieces from your collection? 

All of our pieces are for rent, not for sale. On occasion, we may decide to “retire” a certain item, in some cases those items may be available for purchase. Please follow the BEY blog or twitter to stay up to date on these fun announcements.
