Pick With A Pro 2013 Highlights
Our Pick With A Pro Retreat is hands down one of the BEST weekends of the entire year (it might even top Christmas – I kid you not). Miles and miles of antiques – furniture, china, architectural salvage, collectibles and curiosities. The best part? The deals! I seriously get spoiled each year.
Last year I was joined by the most amazing group of individuals! Not only did we swap pickin’ stories, share tips and tricks, and laugh until our sides hurt, we all became such good friends. To this day we still keep in touch. We had CAMPer from Georgia all the way to California – the World’s Longest Yardsale has something for everybody.
We kicked the retreat off with a down-home style low-country boil out on the lawn over looking the lake. It was a great time to relax and get to know one another better. Everyone turned in kinda early to prepare for our early morning pickin’ adventures – we hit the road bright and early in search of the best deals and awesome loot!
We covered miles and miles of the Tennesee countryside – plundering through old barns, large fields, roadside stands and front yards along the 127 Corridor. It was great seeing all of the amazing finds and unbelievable deals everyone was finding. Everyone got a chance to brush up on their haggling skills and we would swap stories in between each stop. At the end of the day, all of the CAMPers would spread out their loot for everyone to get a look. It was so cool to see everyone’s style and tastes through their purchases. There were definitely some “Oh-my-gosh-how-did-I-miss-that” moments.
What’s a retreat without a swag bag full of goodies? All of the CAMPers left with an awesome camp-inspired swag bag – vintage style CAMP pennant, CAMP mini-pillow, and even a handmade flannel throw. A big thanks to our swag bag contributors: Yours Is The Earth, Meredith Mejerle, Fallen Arrows!
Visit the Pick With A Pro website to grab your spot for this year’s retreat, August 7th-10th. It’s an adventure you’ll be talking about for years to come.

A huge thanks to the darling Tricia Lee Photography for joining us on this adventure and capturing all of our fun treasures and new friendships.
Say hello!
We’re back with more awesome pieces to add to our inventory!
I instantly fell in love with these tulip bulb trays from Holland. Once used to transport tulip bulbs, their stacking design paired with wire mesh bottoms allowed air to circulate around the bulbs during travel. My head is full of beautiful ways to use these trays, how would you use them?
Our Ginny Farm Table was handcrafted by Mr. Blue Eyed Yonder and given to me as a Christmas present. (He’s such a keeper!) It’s constructed of reclaimed wood and has a distressed white-washed finish. It’s named after the oh-so-talented stylist, Ginny Branch and has been her go-to table for many shoots.
Our Belvedere Ottomans are as cute as they come. Constructed and upholstered in-house, they’re large enough for sitting and also work great as a coffee table.
Believe it or not, we still have more new inventory coming your way! Stay tuned!
Introductions
We’re hoppin’ and a’boppin’ over here with all of our new inventory! It’s so fun adding fresh pieces to the site – and we’re not done yet – even more new inventory coming your way next week. But first things first, let’s meet the new ladies…
Odette is our gorgeous provincial sofa. She’s the creme de la creme of sofas. Covered in gorgeous gold fabric with plush cushions and 92 hand-tufted buttons. Dreamy!
Some of you may recognize this beauty, our Emery sofa debuted at this year’s NotWedding at Mason Murer. This is the first sofa that Mr. BEY reupholstered himself. I swear, that man can do anything. The body of the sofa is cream with a bold, velvet fuchsia stripe running down the center. Stun-ning.
We’ve got more inventory introductions coming your way next week. Also remember, if there’s ever anything you’d like to see in our inventory, give us a shout, we’re always on the hunt for new amazing pieces.
New Additions
Meet Ebenezer. As soon as I spotted this piece, I just knew I had to have it! With 24 wood pegs, the creative possibilities for this piece are endless!
Meet Virgina. This little lady has been around the world and back again. Come sit for a spell and ask her about her days spent in New York. She may even spill a little about the talented stylist she used to live with.
Can our Garnie Shopping Cart get any cuter? This cart is constructed of metal and features lots of great, rusty patina. With her two removable wire shopping baskets, she’ll steal your heart in no time.
Stay tuned a little later this week, we have more introductions coming your way!

Introductions
Today we’re happy to introduce some new members to the BEY inventory family. Up first is Foye. Isn’t she darling? With her sassy chartreuse seat and upright cane back, she has quite the personality.
Our Mejerle Sitting Chair is petite and pink! Covered in gorgeous rose-colored velvet, she’ll have you smitten in no time.
Maybe it’s just me, but the more “loved” a piece is, the better! Our Eisman Gentleman’s Chair has definitely stood the test of time. It features gorgeous, burnt-rose upholstery with a tufted back and hammered nail trim. The jute webbing underneath is loose, giving this chair a classic, weathered look.
Stay tuned… more fabulous new pieces are on their way!
