Sack full of happiness

Money can’t buy happiness,
but it can buy fabric,
and fabric makes me happy.
Oh, the fun treasures I have! Today I came home with a sack full of delicious fabrics.
I could just stack and sort these beauties all night.
I am in love with all the fun colors and patterns.
I could just spread them all out and dance a jig on top of them.
Or fling them into the air and let them scatter all over the floor.
Or fluff them into colorful wads and use them for a pillow.
Ahh, the possibilities are endless. But alas, these colorful threads have a purpose. And you know me, I like to keep you guessing. So scratch your head and wrinkle your nose or let me know what you would do with all these lovely prints.

I love this post, because it's exactly what I would do with a stack of gorgeous fabric….or paints, or paper or crayons…just stare and love them for awhile!!!! I could see them as fun camera strap covers, book covers, or how about a lovely patchwork skirt! The possibilities are endless! Love that too!

I went to a store called Little Quilts. It's a recent find and only two miles from my house. I'll have to check out Intown Quilters, it's a little further drive but totally worth it I have heard.
