Coat Rack + 4 more

I’ve been busy, busy editing photos and adding more and more to our online inventory. I’ve barely grazed the surface (eep!). That’s why I always say, if you’re looking for something specific, just ask! You never know, I just might have it.

I wanted to share some of my fun large accessory pieces to kick start the weekend. These pieces are so unique and my mind is spinning with fun ways to use them.

This gorgeous coat/hat/umbrella stand (above) is made of iron and weighs a ton! Some people ask if I plan to paint it, umm…. no! You know me, I melt when it comes to chippy paint and distressed pieces.

These darling pieces (below) are some of my favorites. I’m dying to see that chicken coop packed full of florals. Whatcha think?

Orange Floral “Grandma Chair” + 4 more

I literally smile every time I look at this lovely chair. For whatever reason, we’ve always called it, “The Grandma Chair”. I think it’s because the floral fabrics with orange and gold colors remind me of my great-grandmother’s house. Mema Griffis – such a witty lady. She loved to laugh and made THE BEST biscuits. The memories of her furniture are a bit fuzzy, but I am pretty sure she had similar colors in her decor. I remember lots of browns, oranges and golds. If she were still alive, I’m pretty sure this chair would make her smile too.

There’s more… don’t miss these lovely additions.

Hannah + Brian on Style Me Pretty

I spy with my little eye… a little Blue Eyed Yonder goodness on Style Me Pretty!

This wedding was right up my alley with lots of golds, pinks and vintage elegance – so dreamy, so full of Southern charm. With Monroe’s Fair Weather Farms as the backdrop, we knew our gorgeous pink tufted sofa and sparkly birdcage chandelier would be perfect for Hannah + Brian’s wedding.

Hannah’s Claire Petibone dress sparkled with gold embroidery and lace. Everyone literally gasped when they saw it hanging for photos. It was a show stopper for sure!

Are these two the cutest or what?

All of the vendors involved really hit it out of the park with this one. A huge thanks to the gals at Simply Charming Socials, Simply Bloom Photography, and Lucky and Lovely, you guys were a dream to work with as always. Hop on over to Style Me Pretty to see the entire photo gallery. I can’t quit drooling.

We’d love to know what you think of the new pieces. Any favorites? Any that bring a special memory to mind? Share you thoughts in the comment section.

Fresh Idea: Vintage Chicken Crate Chandelier

Every time someone submits a wishlist through our website, I’m so excited to see what pieces they’ve chosen. What items jumped out at them and tugged on their heartstrings. It’s fun to see the same pieces used over and over again in very different ways. Just when you’re sure all of the possible design combinations have been used… something like this comes along.

Those creative gals at Simply Charming Socials took an everyday chicken crate and created the most beautiful rustic chandelier. It’s so funny to think years ago this crate was used to haul lots of chickens and now it’s center stage at this gorgeous 4th of July party. Wonder what that farmer would say to see it now?
